I’m very happy with this shopping trolley, but what impressed me the most was the after-sales service. When my order arrived, I noticed a small issue with one of the parts (nothing major), so I contacted the seller to ask for support.

I’ve been looking for a solid shopping trolley for a long time because carrying heavy grocery bags was honestly hurting my back. I chose this one mainly because of the cooler compartment and the Cloud Gray color, and I’m genuinely impressed.
First of all, the Cloud Gray looks really modern and clean not cheap or “plastic-looking” like many other trolleys. It actually looks premium in real life. The trolley itself feels very sturdy, and the wheels roll smoothly even on uneven sidewalks and curbs. It stays stable even when it’s fully loaded, which was a big problem with my old cart.
The cooler compartment is the best part for me. I often buy dairy products, meat, or frozen items, and this section keeps everything cool on my 15–20 minute walk home. Especially in warmer weather, it makes a huge difference.
It also holds more than I expected, and when I’m not using it, it folds down neatly and doesn’t take up much space in my hallway.
Overall, it makes grocery shopping so much easier and more comfortable. 100% worth it, a true 5-star product.
