Delivery Time
We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
- Orders placed before 15:00 are shipped the same day.
- The expected delivery time within Europe is 1-3 business days.
- If any delay occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Shipping is FREE for all orders.
Delivery Procedure
Orders are shipped with GLS, and we deliver to all countries within Europe.
- You will receive a track & trace code once your order has been dispatched.
- Please note that exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed, as they may vary by destination.

Return Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. Please follow the steps below to exercise your right of withdrawal:
1- Register Your Return
Notify us of your return via support@eskey.eu or through our contact form.
2- Send the Product Back
Return the product within 14 days, including all accessories provided, and in its original condition and packaging.
3- Refund
We will refund the full order amount, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days after receiving your returned product. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Important
If the product is damaged or shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess the item, a depreciation fee may be applied.
